At the beginning of this year I sat on my living room floor and wrote out my manifestations for 2024. I covered every aspect of my life and what I manifest for my sons and my family as well as myself and my work. I set the sky is unlimited goals and I am honoured and incredibly humbled to tick being an ADCOLOR Conference and Awards 2024 Rockstar Nominee off of my list!!!!

The theme for ADCOLOR 2024 is "Off Mute," urging everyone to take action in the fight to protect DEI. As the opposition to racial equity intensifies, ADCOLOR is seeking to tune out the detractors and amplify the efforts of those committed to equity.

Since 2007, the ADCOLOR Awards have highlighted and honored the achievements of diverse communities in the creative industries. The awards recognize those who go above and beyond to make a difference and who embody the organization's mission of "Rise Up, Reach Back."
This year's theme encompasses the energy with which I exist and have unapologetically existed within Adland with over the last 3 years, it is the foundations under which we built It Takes A Village Collective and the continued work we are collectively carrying out together across the creative industry.
