We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful online community where Black women in the UK advertising and media industry can connect, share experiences, and seek support.
Our forum operates based on the principles of equity, respect, and collaboration. To ensure a positive and inclusive experience for everyone, please adhere to the following code of conduct:
1. Respect and Inclusivity
Treat all members with respect, kindness, and empathy. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Encourage a diverse range of voices and experiences. Celebrate and support the uniqueness of all community members.
2. Constructive Communication
Share your insights, experiences, and opinions in a constructive manner. Avoid personal attacks, offensive language, or aggressive behavior.
Engage in productive discussions and provide constructive feedback.
3. Privacy and Consent
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of community members. Do not share personal information or messages without permission.
Obtain explicit consent before sharing personal stories or content outside the forum.
4. Inclusive Language
Use inclusive and respectful language that avoids stereotypes or discriminatory remarks related to gender, race, sexuality, or any other characteristic.
5. Stay On-Topic
Keep discussions relevant to the purpose of the forum: supporting Black women in the UK advertising and media industry. Off-topic discussions may be redirected to appropriate channels or discouraged.
6. Content Guidelines
Do not post offensive, explicit, or harmful content. This includes images, links, or language that could be considered inappropriate.
Do not spam or engage in self-promotion. Unsolicited advertising and solicitation are not allowed.
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter a violation of this code of conduct, report it to the forum moderators or administrators. Respect the decisions of moderators, and do not engage in public disputes about moderation actions.

By participating in this forum, you agree to abide by this code of conduct. The moderators reserve the right to take appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, for individuals who violate these rules.
