by creating a platform for Black women to be visible, feel supported and thrive.
Who Is It For?
Join Our Table was born at Cannes Lions 2022 when our founding sisters
recognised the lack of Black British women at the festival
Our sisterhood launches, shining a light on the phenomenal work of Black women across the industry. Our first initiative “The Spotlight” celebrates 100 inspirational change-makers.
By coming together to drive visibility and access, we aim to provide the equity our sisters deserve in the communications industry.
We welcome allies equally committed to tangible action and empowerment.
